There are three categories of members.

Trainers & Consultants in Dublin
Lisa is a qualified chef with many years experience in the food service industry ranging from fine dining to contract catering.
Lisa holds a 1st class Masters Degree (MSc) in Food Safety Management from TU Dublin and is a fully qualified Food Safety Trainer licensed with the Environmental Health Association of Ireland.
Lisa has a passion for food and nutrition and also holds a Degree in Nutrition and a Masters Degree (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Ulster.
