Margaret Bergin worked with Campbell Catering for a few years before moving to Hospital Catering .She is presently employed in the HSE in St Luke`s Hospital ,Clonmel She has over 25 years of experience in Catering and qualified as a licensed trainer on behalf of the EHOA and NHP some years ago . Margaret has also qualified as a Hygiene Auditor in Sept 07. She completes training within the HSE mostly and has completed a number of additional courses on request from Clients. She trains in Tipperary, Waterford ,Wexford and Kilkenny mostly but location does not matter.
She gains great satisfaction from training as she believes when staff are educated and competent in their role, `the Clients benefit in the long run and that is what matters'.
